Xfinity Ethernet really slow

Ok so we have the fastest internet xfinity offer 250 Mbps and we're sitting at 5 megabytes per second when we usually get 20-25 megabytes per second and we're connected right to the router with Ethernet

call your internet provider, Go to your internet provider and ask them for a "Business Modem"
