Well, as the title says idk why it has gone over the limit for the last 2 months, all that changed is that I added a PS4 and have downloaded about 70G of games *keep in mind I don't play online* https://imageshack.us/i/pm76A41xp

Sorry about the spelling, currently using a phone to type since I can't use my computer to post this *not used to typing on this*

Solution
The only way to find out is to do some logging. If your router/firewall don't have logging capability then maybe pencil that down for your next upgrade.

Meanwhile, suspect BOTS. Have your Internet modem staring at you in the living room, glance it once in a while and if it's blinking furiously when nobody is accessing the NET then u know.

A 1TB monthly limit? That's a pretty high limit to be accidentally going over, unless someone is using the connection for heavy file-sharing or something. If you have a wireless router, I would make sure that it's password protected and secured, otherwise there could be other people "borrowing" your connection for free Internet, particularly if you live in close vicinity to a large number of other people, like in an apartment complex.

Or the kids are secretly torrenting. God knows everyday kids sign on here asking "do this, do that" when they don't even have access to configure the router and complain if you tell them to buy a new CAT5, frozen when asked how much bandwidth they currently have. Psshhh, not THEIR LAN.
