xfinity WiFi displays connected but no internet access

Last night I discovered that someone unplugged the xfinity box. I plugged it back up and it seemed fine. The WiFi is connected but it says no internet access. It says this on the laptop as well as a Samsung tablet. It shows full bars but there is no internet access. The main plug that goes into the wall was unplugged from the xfinity box. And the net gear router was turned off. I don't know much about electronics so please forgive the improper terms.
 
Solution
unplug everything from power, make sure the cables are all connected, then plug everything back in. Wait a couple of minutes, and you should be good to go.
Make sure you have the connections correct:

1) Cable from wall should connect to xfinity box

2) ethernet cable should connect from xfinity box to WAN port on Netgear router.

Who unplugged these in the first place?

You may need to contact your provider.
 
3 lights are on ...on the net gear box the power, 2.4ghz, and 5ghz which is blue. The other two are green.


The xfinity box has 3 lights working power, us/ds is flashing, and WiFi light is on.
