Xfinity wifi equipment help

I'm new to this so forgive the crazy. I have one of those Xfinity gateway modem/router boxes and my job gave me a Cisco 300 series router that i had to install. When I did my wifi went out and i ended up reinstalling a Linksys personal router for wifi. Is there any way to get the Xfinity wifi to work?

Cable in to Xfinity modem, Xfinity modem to Cisco 891 router, Cisco router to HP thin client which is my work VPN. I have my personal Linksys router connected to a port on my Cisco router that allows a connection without being on my work VPN. Without the Linksys I have no wifi from the Xfinity box.

Obviously I can function, but the point of upgrading with Xfinity was sort of lessened when my job upgraded to thin client/VPN and i had to reinstall the Linksys personal router for wifi.
