Question xfinity wifi hotspot no longer working

Hello all,
I am an xfinity pro performance customer and have been using the xfinitywifi hotspot for the past few years at a location away from my residence.
However, for the past 15 days, I have been unable to connect to the xfinity hotspots with any of my devices. Trying to connect to the xfinitywifi shows an orange triangle with "No internet connection."
My service allows me to register upto 20 devices for the hotspot connectivity. We have less than 10 devices connected.
So far,
  1. I have tried unistalling/reinstalling the xfinity wifi app
  2. removing all the devices from the account and registering them again
  3. the location I am at, has several hotspots - however for some reason, the devices keep showing no internet connectivity.
Please help! I have spent 5+ hours with comcast, and have had no success as yet.

I have used this service through our Xfinity provider and it's pretty handy.

I have personally noted that unless the device "goes home" every few days that it will then refuse to connect. Like literally to the address where your service is registered from.
