I saw it has some button or switch near pcie, with numbers 1 and 2.. What is it ?

I'd have to look at a picture to know for sure, but switches on the card are usually dual-BIOS switches. They're common for cards meant to give you the choice between slightly quieter running and lowered power consumption or higher performance. They're also a good feature to have for people who flash the BIOS because they make it much easier to recover if you accidentally brick the card.

It's probably a dual-BIOS switch, but I can't find anything confirming this in any specifications for the card. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Btw. if i decide to change BIOS, can i change from 280x dd to 280x black edition which has a bit higher clock speeds ?

Probably. I don't do much with graphics card BIOS flashing myself. Either way, you can achieve the same performance advantage by manually overclocking if you wanted to.
