XFX GeForce 285
Hi.
My nVidia 260 GTX recently died, and I'm looking to replace it with a XFX 285 GTX.
Will my current power supply be capable of running this card?
DC OUTPUT +3.3V +5V +12V1 +12V2 +12V3 -12V +5Vsb
MAX CURRENT 24A 24A 18A 18A 18A 0.8A 3A
MAX COMBINED WATTAGE 140W 480W 9.6W 15W
TOTAL POWER: 520W
With my 260 GTX, I could play Crysis at Very High with about 25-30 FPS, which is acceptable to me. Will my q9300 bottleneck the 285 so I will get less fps than with the 260?
Thanks a lot in advance.
