It looks like your decision may come down to whether you want the convenience of modular cabling or not. Both PSUs are made by reputable manufacturers (Seasonic and Channel Well). Compare the AMP rating on the 12 volt rails on each PSU, decide if you want modular cabling or not and decide which one looks prettier. :) Easy peasy!

For what your building, I don't see much a difference between the 2 PSUs you are considering. The XFX has 44 amps on the 12 volt rail and the corsair has 38 amps. That basically means that the XFX PSU will be able to supply slightly more current to power your devices. Since you don't really have any "power hungry" devices in your build I would go with the Corsair. Its a good PSU and its semi-modular. The only reason you would consider the XFX is if your going to be upgrading your video card. Your video card is going to be one of the most power hungry devices in your system. 500w is more than enough to power most of the mid range video cards out there right now.
