XFX 550w socket?

I am about to plug my pc in a stabilizer due to the constabt power loss here, it has 2 sockets 1 110v and another 220v, which one should i go with?

I assume the xfx has a dual voltage switch. Go with 110V.
on 220v if one leg drops out the psu is 1/2 energized and trying to do it's job= bad.
On or off, not 1/2.

I actually plugged it directly in the 220v as i found out that the power sockets all around the house are 220v and i have been using it for years. But thanks for the reply .
