XFX 6770 vs. Inno3d GTX 550 ti

hey guys...

i m about to buy a new gaming pc but am stuck with which graphics card i should go for...
i have these 2 graphics card in my budget the XFX 6770 and the Inno3d GTX 550 ti.

if u guyz could help me pick the better 1 and tell me what difference should the brand make in my decision then ill be really gratefulll to u.

the xfx 6770 is a good card but which version are you looking at?
I played the bf3 on the 6770 and on high settings and it stayed at 40 fps on 1600x900 so not bad, dont have much experience with the 550ti but i use the 560ti and it dominates most games out their on a single screen setup.

what model cards are you looking at?
