XFX 6770 vs. Inno3d GTX 550 ti

i am looking to buy a new gaming pc and need help deciding the gpu i should go for.
i have the inno3d gtx 550 ti and xfx 6770 in my budget.

i would also like to know what difference would the brand make in my decision.

xfx is the better brand. Both GPU's are on par for performance. I would chose the 6770 due to much lower power consumption.
