XFX 6770 ZNFR, Which Monitor?

Just got the XFX 6770 ZNFR.

I want a 22"-23" FULL HD Monitor with a High Contrast Ratio
Looking for the Best deal with a good warranty.
Prefer an Indian Website because cost varies from US and India.
I'm currently looking at the:
LG 2240T(no HDMI port, only DVI/HDCP) - Costs around 223$
or
LG 2260V(Has a HDMI/HDCP port) - Costs around 244$

Costs are from ebay.in

Is a HDMI input better or DVI better for a monitor?

I'm going to play games and I will be using just 1 single monitor. For Gaming, Watching movies and the general stuff.

There is no quality difference between HDMI and DVI as long as similar quality components are used.

I prefer using DVI.

Should I make sure that the monitor has both input facilities?
And i guess I'll need them both to be compliant with HDCP?
Also, which monitor would you advice?
