[SOLVED] Xfx 7730 Graphics card problem

A XFX R7730 graphics card, When I install the card in my pc, the pc won't be able to start, i press power button, it's on and instantly goes off, If i remove the card the pc powering on normally. I tried for a different PC , but the results are same, please reply what can i do, how to fix it.

probably faulty card if other PC also cannot boot with the card. what is your full system spec anyway?
