XFX 7950 Crysis 3 issues

Every time I attempt to start the campaign the game force closes and "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED" pops up. I assume it is a driver problem; what is the proper way to fix this issue? I have Catalyst 13.2

sounds like direct x problem so download it from the interwebs and see if that helps
