Xfx 9600gt zaf3 garbage o win 7

yesterday i buy a new xfx 1gb 9600 gt (PV-T96G-ZAF3) and got a problem of garbage when installing drivers and some other softwares my config;
dual core e6300
dg41rq
2gb ram 350 watt supply

help me solving it

your card came with 6pin power connector or not?
motherboard has an onboard gpu?

maybe you should check you power supply as well. if it is a unbranded/generic one maybe that is your source of problem. if the PSU is not the problem check the power connector and if can try using the latest win seven driver from nvidia website
