I have two AMD RX 560 video cards. One is an OEM (HP) 2gb and the other is an XFX RX 560 4gb. The OEM card shows the standard 112 GB/s memory bandwidth and the XFX card shows 96 GB/s in GPU-Z. I've tried Crimson 17.1 and Adrenaline 18.5.1 drivers and both read the same. I can't find anywhere online an RX 560 card having only 96 GB/s memory bandwidth. All cards I've found say they're 112 GB/s. On TechPowerUp this model is listed with 112 GB/s memory bandwidth.

Does anyone know if there is something amiss with my XFX RX 560 and possibly a fix? Has anyone ever even heard of this kind of error in a graphics card?

Ok, I guess I figured it out, and no, RobCrezz, I don't have the version with 128 less cores. Mine has the full 1024 stream processors. The problem was that the memory was clocked at 1500 MHz stock and the product's specs everywhere online shows 1750 MHz memory clock and 112 GB/s memory bandwidth. My memory came clocked at 1500 MHz and therefore 96 GB/s bandwidth. When I raised the clock speed to 1750 MHz in Afterburner the bandwidth showed 112 GB/s. Well, it sucks I had to figure it out myself like that and that I have to overclock it with MSI Afterburner in order to get the advertised memory speeds, but, I am glad that the overclocking was easy for the card to achieve.

Anyway, thanks.
