Question XFX AMD RADEON RX 580 8GB START lagging and sound strange

Hello, so my 2 years old gpu now start sound strange.. Is like it lagging.. Them my var in cs go jump to 15 and back.. Even when i quit from the game some lags happens on monitor and sound, like ts or yt. Then it stop and u can play normal about 1,2h then same thing happens again. Plz help
