Question XFX expert: XFX RX590 just a bad card or poorly made by XFX (compared to 6700xt and 7700xt)?

I have an XFX RX590 and it's verry noisy and poorly optimised. If I leave it at stock, it can get to 75 degrees and I don't like that.
I wanted to go with sapphire this time around when I upgrade.
But if I compare it to for instance 6700xt merc or SWFT or the 7700xt QICK, all video's say that the cards are now way cooler and more quiet then for instance sapphire.
So my question is, what happend?
Was the RX590 just a really bad card to begin with?
Or was it just a bad day at the office for XFX at that time? Cause the RX580 wasn't good either I heard.
Did XFX recieved a boost or something and suddenly made better cards after the RX590?

They would slip up yet again with the RX 5700XT THICC II.

Well, every brand has their share of lemons and blockbusters. Don't blindly follow any of them.

Yea I saw that review, obviously a year later from when I bought the card... I had to undervolt this card. It lives pretty long I have to say. Still works so but yea the coil whine and fans are horrible.
Anyone have any ideas on how the latest coolers are of XFX? Like QiCK in particulair? It's the same cooler as merc I saw. Someone that has like the merc 6700xt? How is it?
