Question XFX GTS XXX RX 580 screen flickering and artifacts

Hello, I'll start with my pc specs:
Ryzen 7 2700
Asrock B450 Pro4
Corsair LPX 16 GB 3000MHZ (overclocked to 3200 )
1 Tb WD Blue HDD
128 GB SATA M.2 SSD ( HP S700)
CORSAIR CX600 PSU
XFX GTS XXX RX 580 4 GB
This morning, I turned on my pc and on the motherboard manufacturer screen there were some vertical green dotted lines, and then black screen.
I restarted my pc and everything was fine.
I ran the Superposition 1080p High Benchmark and the gpu instantly jumped to 60°C and the screen started to flicker and have some weird artifacts.
Even if I do anything more demanding than browsing it happens again.
Another problem that I have with this gpu is that the fans are not going to spin unless I load a profile that I set, I know this card has a no fan spin mode, and they spin only when needed but unless I "force" them, they don't work at all.

This sounds like a possible GPU VRAM memory corruption issue. Though, first can you provide some screenshots of these "artifacts" ?

How old is your PSU, as well as the GPU ?
