XFX HD 7970 no display

Hi everyone, I just recently purchased an XFX ghost HD 7970, and upon putting it into my computer, it booted fine, but as soon as I installed drivers and loaded up Elder Scrolls Online, I began to experience artifacting( vertical gray lines on screen) when i rebooted, bothing showed up on screen. i swapped mobos and the same issue occured whilst playing eso. I ran warframe fine, but eso was what screwed it. I have replaced thermal compound and am still getting zero signal. I am very confused and skeptical if it is fixable but i might as well give you guys a shot before calling it quits.

- 16gb 2133mhz DDR3
-Foxconn H61MX motherboard/ MSI H61M-P25
XFX Ghost HD 7970 3gb
-Antec 650w truepower trio PSU

Well your GPU is dying my friend.
Did you buy used? if yes then someone did sell you a nearly dead card.

You can fix this problem by backing the Card but this will only let the card live a few months longer till it is totaly dead.
