I'm running an XFX Merc 7900 XTX with a Ryzen 7800X3D + MSI B650 Project Zero + 32GB RAM.
Everything is at base clock speed. GPU is set to base clock 2425mhz & 1140mV in AMD Adernaline.

Issue: PC works fine for some days & then at random it start crashing & restart whenever games are started. Temperature always remain around 65-68C for both CPU & GPU. When it reboots, everytime, GPU setting appear around 2920-3035mhz & 1150mV.
Despite having set to base clock settings GPU auto-overclocks to ~3000 mhz.
I tried different fresh windows from another ISO, changed (PSU, Rams & motherboard) but these random restarts often occur & GPU auto overclocks. I hav tried both the bios setting on GPU (BIOS Switch) but same.

An suggestion?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I tried different fresh windows from another ISO
Where did you source the installers for your OS? Did you install the OS in offline mode, manually installing all necessary drivers while in offline mode?

changed (PSU, Rams & motherboard)
Might want to include the make and models for all parts used for troubleshooting.

What driver version are you on for your GPU?

What driver version are you on for your GPU?
CPU: 7800x 3d
CPU cooler: Custom looped hard tubing with 360 radiator.
Motherboard: MSI b650 Project Zero (with latest BIOS)
Ram: 16 +16 T Force
SSD/HDD: Seagate 3TB HDD + 2TB Adata M2
GPU: XFX merc 7900XTX (Latest 25.6.1 Drivers)
PSU: Corsair RM 1000W (Using since 2022)
Chassis: Corsair 900D
OS: Windows 10 Pro ( Up to date)
Monitor: Gigabytes G32 QC

in short all drivers, windows etc up to date even motherboard Bios is updated to latest.

What you can try is go to the performance tab in the drivers and change the power setting to -10%. See if it crashes again and if it doesn't raise it to -9% then -8% etc until you get a crash. It may take a while but its a way to see if the GPU is causing it.

Run the latest Prime95 stress test on the CPU and memory subsystem.

Make sure AVX-512 testing is off (unchecked). First, run the Large FFT test for at least two hours. See if you get any warnings, errors, or crashes. If that passes, run the small FFT test (not the smallest) for at least two hours. See if you get any warnings, errors, or crashes.

Let us know the results of these stress tests.

u mean undrvolting in Adernaline Performance tab?|
1150mV to 1100 mV ?

Yes. If you lower it by 5% it shouldn't affect performance much if at all, but it will limit the power draw of the card so if this is what's causing the crashes it will stop.
Here are some updates:
GPU clock lowered to 2250, undervolt from 1150 to 1150mV & onboard power was reduced to -5% in Adrenaline software.
Games worked f9 for 2 hours, then i ran furmark @1080p it was successful test.
I then selected 1440p in Furmark, test ran for 1 minutes before it crashed to restart PC.

This is a wild guess but if the crash was at 1440p and 1080p worked fine, its worth checking the cable that goes to the monitor and maybe try to connect it in another slot or try another cable. Its rare but sometimes the problem is caused by something so random that you'd never consider possible
