XFX nForce 750i

I'm looking at overclocking my Q6600 and I want to get this motherboard to do it with. Will it work well, and if not do you have any recommendations for a similarly priced mobo?

Yes it will work well. I use an Asus P5N-D with the same 750i chipset and the mobo can hit 2000 MHz FSB!

I bought that one and right now I am regretting it. The board doesn't support EPP ram and I can't run stable my dual core with a small 0.4ghz increase (I own a e6850). Either I am the problem or the board is not good.

I'd suggest the Evga 750i FTW edition. It's recertified on tigerdirect so make sure you already have the cables you need if you do change your mind !

I would pick Asus brand over EVGA anyday. How have you resolved your RAM issue?

Well I don't use EPP RAM so I'm cool. I actually already bought it. I'll see what my results are.

The ram runs JEDEC at 800mhz 5-5-5-18-22-T2 instead of EPP at 1066mhz 5-5-5-15-22-T2. It works, but less then I expected
