XFX Nvidia Geforce or XFX ATI Radeon

Hello there, I am confused with XFX Brand. Are Nvidia Geforce and ATI Radeon under the same company? Is there any only Nvidia Geforce cards available out there? In the shop, I noticed only XFX brand.
