So i'm building my new PC, and was searching for the parts. I was now searching for the PSU and I found this PSU at a VERY low price (50€). The seller is reliable, as you can see here:

My question is: do I buy this PSU. Which tier is it? I know XFX is a reliable brand, but I wanted to safeguard my new PC, and use a very decent PSU.

The problem is that I couldn't find much information or reviews on the net. Any pro regarding PSUs here on the forum to enlighten me please?

Maybe not that silent of a power supply but that is not expected at this price range.
