XFX pro series 750W issues

Hello everyone,

I recently received a replacement for a XFX pro series 750W PSU. The original had a clicking noise in the fan (which SR 71 helped identify as a bad bearing). Now the replacement I received from Amazon has the same issue. They even sent me the newer TS series.

Amazon will replace it again if I want, but I'm not sure if I want to risk running into the same problem a third time.

Am I just getting really unlucky? I know XFX has a good reputation.

Yeah, I saw that thread, as well. There are a few reviews with similar stories. I'm trying to decide if these are outlying cases or if this is the norm for XFX and the average user doesn't notice or doesn't care.

You should just get it replaced again really. Trying to do anything about it yourself might result in warranty loss.
