XFX R7 360 with 400w PSU works well?

There was ATX case with Rosewill 400W PSU unit deal it was pretty nice price . so I ordered that
and Today GPU is delivered and I read the manual and it said They recommend to have over 500w
Case will come next Thursday. Now I am wondering.. should I order over 500w PSU?

Here is the detail of my system
CPU : AMD FX-4350 4.2 GHz
GPU : XFX Radeon R7 360 DirectX 12 R7-360P-2SF5 2GB
Mother board : GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3
Ram : Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB)
SSD : Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 2.5" 120GB

If you scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the specs tab you'll see that XFX has a minimum 500 watt power supply specified and recommends a 650 watt model. If this system is only going to be used for light gaming, you could try one of the more inexpensive EVGA models like this one:
