xfx R7850 Sudden fps issue.

Hello, im needing some serious help with this problem.
I used to run games like League of Legends and csgo in 60+ fps all at 1980x1080 resolution and max settings. But from one day to other, all my fps dropped down to like 20-30 and for some seconds it goes to 60+ and then drops to 20-30 for ages.
I currently have AMD Crimson 15.12.

All the things ive tryed to solve this issue are:

Complete windows format.
Changing GPU socket
Trying tons of other drivers, removing them with ddu
Overclocking my gpu
Playing with the driver settings

Here are my pc specs:
Mother: MSI G970 Gaming
GPU: xfx R7850
CPU: Amd phenom ii x4
RAM: Kingston hyperx fury 8gb dual channel
SSD: Kingston hyperx fury 240GB

Ill really apreciate any type of help! Thank you

You never really wanna buy used unless you absolutely need it. That is a psu I have never heard of, but most people recommend brands like Corsair, Evga, or Antec. Lets just assume you have the same situation as me, and your gpu is dying out.
Go replace it!.

1. How old is your gpu?(How long have you been using this card?)
2. What is the PSU?
I was in the same situation with a radeon 6570 and it died on me after 5 years of gaming. Had to replace the Psu and get the r7 360
