My XFX R9 290 just arrived in addition with my new power supply the EVGA NEX Supernova 750W.

Since then, 290 was installed my PC keep crashing randomly at windows & light load. (I didn't manage to test it with any games).

Its usually between 5 - 15 minutes before it restarts.
The rest of my system is:
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
Corsair Venegance 2x4 GB DDR3
AMD FX-6300
Seageate 1TB
Kingston V300 240GB SSD

Solution
It could be but I would back the voltage off as much as you can until its fully stable I know folks was having issues with the 290 and the 290x going black screen on them who increased the voltage as well to fix the issue.
The card uses 1 8 pin + 1 6 pin cables. My PSU has 4 6+2 pin cables they are proparly connected to 2 seperate 12V rails. The 4 pin adapter on the motherboard also connected.

I increased the PCIE voltage in the bios from 100 to 120. It seems stable in windows at the moment, would this mean that the card doesnt get enough power from the PCIE slot?
