Installation want good i've installed the brand new drivers from Crismon 16.3 i do believe, no problem at all , run some test everything was fine. no heat problem , no flickering , no nothing until i go into saphire Trixx and boost up the core to 1050mhz from 1000mhz which is nothing... then Black screen. Start back the cpu, well it want into a Reboot loop, so i removed the card run it on intel HD 4600 from the mobo no problem going into the desktop, so i deleted all Amd drivers with DDU. put the card back on Start up the cpu no problem running , install the drivers and upon installation it does it again , so i rince and wash with older driver , newer driver and everything, did a back up windows just in case. same still happening -

Solution
So many people are quick to blame the PSU. You could get by with a 650W PSU, so you are fine there. You haven't described your problem in depth on what you were doing when you crash to a black screen. I'm going to provide some facts to you that may help you if these crashes are random:

1. Not very many Fury cards have been sold. Due to patterns in availability and the numbers on the card only a few thousand are out there. The reviews you find on the web and youtube videos are not good indicators on how reliable this card is. They pop it in, run a few benchmarks, take the card out, and send it back to the supplier. Any black screen issues are likely not reported or commented on these reviews since they have the card for a short amount...
I have already done that , uninstalling trixx and msi after burner sadly it didnt work also

Try again with DDU,
Try this,
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.

like i said i have already used DDU

I recently made a similar jump from a 390 (no x) to a Fury (no x). The 390 actually takes more power than the Fury, so unless its a big coincidence, that is not likely the issue.

I had some similar issues to what you are experiencing and I honestly believe it started with Trixx for me. I found the software to be very unstable as it would crash on me multiple times while making adjustments and it wouldn't save changes made to the settings. For example, I would make changes, hit save, close the app, open the app, and the settings had returned to the previous ones. I then got stuck in a loop like you are describing were I couldn't get Trixx up fast enough to change the setting to lower ones, and even if I did, the changes wouldn't save. I honestly don't know exactly how I got it to stop (still very new at all of this stuff), it just seemed that upon one of the reboots, the settings returned to stock (1010/500 for me on Gigabyte card). I promptly wiped out Trixx and now only use Afterburner (which I used successfully on my 390) as all the voltage adjustments are available there now. No problems since. Probably not much help to you are the moment. :-( Good luck! It's a very nice GPU when you get it up and running.

sure its not a Tier 1 300$ PSU but it did the job perfectly for a R9 390 which is more power hungry then the Fury so i don't know, but thx for the advice.

idid Uninstall Trixx and remove what ever was remaining in my PC , did installed Msi Afterburner like before with my 390 and still does it , i do not have the same issues with the 390 , a well i will just ask for replacement

Do you freeze immediately on boot up, or does the computer boot up, start loading settings, then crash? Mine was doing the second, and my idea was to get Afterburner pulled up as soon as I could, hit default and apply ASAP, and hope that set the settings before Trixx set in. Not sure if that is an option for you or not. If you do have to RMA, don't load up Trixx for the replacement card! Again, good luck.

2. The few user reviews on the web indicate that this card has serious problems with black screens. It does not seem to be isolated to one model of card either (but some more so than others). This either indicates a faulty design or very poor QC. I also find it alarming that you can readily find Furys on Ebay, whereas you can hardly ever find.......say....an EVGA 970 FTW+. I garun-damn-tee that there are more EVGA 970 FTW+ cards out there than Furys. This is telling you something right there.

3. I had a Fury for 6 months, and it was a constant battle with black screens. I RMAd it, and it was sent back. They said nothing was wrong with it. Not only was it black screens, but artifacting as well.

Basically, hundreds of other people have had the same issues of black screens as you are reporting. I am confident that the problem lies in your video card, and I wouldn't waste time testing other cards or your other components in your PC. I think you have two options: RMA it 3-4 times until they offer to replace with a 390x or sell the card now and wait for Pascal or the next gen AMD card. I was lucky enough to only take a $160 hit after the issues with mine. I wish you good luck. 🙂

Solution
well thank you my friend i will just get a other one and see how it goes from there

Good luck.

I suggest looking for a new PSU though. There is a reason that companies PSU's are on tier 5. Regardless of wattage, the components have been found to be low quality and I personally wouldn't trust high end hardware to a PSU that is a potential fire hazard. It doesn't have to be a $300 PSU, just a good quality one and unless you hope to crossfire in the future, you will be fine with an 850watt with a single +12v rail and a good amount of amperage on it. Tiers 1 or 2 is best, but 3 is acceptable.

Good i will be looking for that in a near future thank you very much

For what its worth, my experience has been that I haven't had any issues unless I start to push an overclock. If you accept that this is not a great over-clocker and operate under those assumptions, then the card will be fine. Obviously, you had a real rough time with yours and I have read many bad reviews on the Asus variant, but I think it would be disingenuous to assume everyone with every variation has had the same experiences. I have mine mildly OC'ed and its doing just fine. I try to push it a little, (or use god forsaken Trixx) and the problems start. Mine is a Gigabyte, FYI.

You are not in your element Donny!

That aside, I looked very had at this card and had read a few forum posts complaining about similar issues. This thread pretty much made me decide on XF 390xs instead. Sorry im actually of no help but I hope you get sorted soon and best of luck.

well sorry guys to bother you again but i did some Oc test it's not much, but enough to see some good gain Unigine Heavens want from 85.8 to 97.9 at 1080p Ultra / Extreme no AA and FireStrike 11219 to 12978 ( keep in mind it is a conservative OC ) i didn't push it over this, because i'm very satisfied with the stock card but i wanted to experiment anyway + 50mv , pw limit 15% 1120 core clock , 500 mem
