XFX RADEON 4870 512MB

Hey guys im wondering if this is a good card for my needs / gaming build. It fits perfectly in my budget which is 150$ or less.

I would like to play new shooting games such as Modern warfare 2, crysis, age of empires, Halo, etc.

This is my build so far, and it fits perfectly in my budget. Suggestions are welcome on all components,
though they must be from the same website.

Nice build. Although I think you might be able to find cheaper DDR3 RAM of the same quality.

Hello Yes it looks a decent deal,do you want to OC though ? if so then you may be able to get a better RAM with lower timings

Thanks for your replies guys, and Maziar, I am not planning to overclock right away, right now im just focusing on getting this build running as well as posible. I might be overcloking a few weeks after it is built. I was wondering if i need to add more fans to the case before i overclock? Also, people tell me that the Radeon 4870 is an awesome card for my budget, but i was wondering if the 512mb will still be able to run these games on high. My monitor isn't that big or fancy.

Also do you the power supply is good enough for these components? I'm also not sure if it will fit in the antec 200 .

You would not find another card in that price range that would run those games better. So the answer is yes.

why not get the propus (athlon II 620) instead?
