I found a killer deal on this GPU, Is this even a good GPU?

depends on how killer the deal is, it's a fairly mediocre GPU

I am about to get this GPU and coincidentally I actually got a great deal on it as well. Yes, it's the double dissipation one. It's a great GPU, don't worry about what that guy said about it being "Mediocre". As long as you have a good/not crappy CPU, you should be fine.
