Is that card whort the money or should I go with a GTX760 at a similar price?

I think that for $230, You are getting a very solid performing card. If you play at a higher resolution, you can really benefit from the 3GB of vRAM. And a Black Edition is overrated anyway, becasue you can download MSI Afterburner and just overclock it to Black Edition speeds yourself. Then congratualtions, You just essentially made your own Black Edition version of the same card.

I live in the UK and the price is similar to what I see on everyday deals in UK websites. The 280X is more powerful if you have a good enough power supply.



 


In canada, the average price for the r9 280x is like 300$ maybe more.
