Question XFX RX 570

I bought a XFX RX 570 to put in my pc. I put it in, plugged it in, reseated it, put it as primary in BIOS, disabled the Integrated graphics adapter. None of them worked. The card led and Fans were working, but no display. I tried two different cables, but still no screen. Does anybody know what to do. The computer does work when I take the card out. Heres my specs if it helps

Mobo: Intel Mahobay
CPU: Core i-7 2600k
PSU: Corsair CX450m
HDD: WD 500gb
RAM: 2 ddr3 sticks, 1 crucial 8gb and 1 kingston 4gb
OD: DVD/RW
