XFX Rx 580 coil whine?

I bought my first PC last night, RX 580 and ryzen 1600, corsair 550w bronze. There tends to be a squeaky noise when I start gaming. It stops during loading times and dissapears completly when I play in low settings. It only comes back when I play at high settings. Im playing on 1080p 60hz. Is this coil whine? What can I do please help, really annoyed.

A lot of card raise this sound - called coil whine. All of cards I used too. It not cause any damage to your card.
You can RMA your card, or ignore it like me. No solution found
