[SOLVED] xfx Rx 580 fans really loud

So my rx 580 temps constantly go up slow but will go up crazy high 80-90 as the fans keep increasing with it to try and cool it but doesnt work. this causes annoying noise and vibration on my desk. So i have a ml120l lying around and was wondering could i use that on the gpu?

case: corsair spec 05 with 2 intakes 3 exhausts

Clean possible dust. If the cooler is dusted up, the card gets hotter and thus the fan runs faster, so cleaning the cooler can help lots.
You can "oil" a fan if it has a sticker in the center of the fan blade that covers access to the ballbarings.
If the card is more than 2y.o. try reapplying thermal paste.

Also, check case airflow to be good.

its only a couple months old but would replacing the paste with thermal grizzly give better temps?
