XFX RX480 possibly producing flicker issues on new PC game?

So i just picked up Nier Automata from the steam summer sale and i was so excited to play it until my gpu or ram or something started producing flickering issues, i recorded it and posted it on youtube. I own lots of games and it never happens in any of them and i doubt its nier automata.

seems that kind of artifacts you spot when you fail to overclock. max out the tdp draw on any software like MSI afterburner and add some millivolts and check if it still happens. is it a brand new card? does this happen with other games? did you try previous driver version? did you wipe and reinstall drivers (clean install) ?

Hello, so this card is couple of months old ( october 2016) and this issue only occurs in nier automata ( the game i just bought) and a torrented modern warfare remastered. Ive reinstalled drivers - no sucess, i add mv's and lowered memory, no sucess, i changed hdmi cable- no sucess, i tried different rams , no sucess

you can try a different driver version. try a previous one
