XFX RX580 Coil Whine?

i uploaded 2 videos of my new XFX GTS RX580 8GB OC

This one is definetly coil whine

But could you please explain this? this happens every time computer bootup

Have you installed any drivers.Try checking in the drivers.Or contact the person from whom you have bought your graphics card.

yes i have,
I install driver from DVD that come with the box

My PSU is
Antec EA-Gold Pro 550W - EA550G PRO - 80+ Gold - Modular

I believe that is a decent PSU
And never have same issues in my previous GPU

Any advise
Which part is mostly causing the problem?
Should i return the GPU
Or
Change the PSU ?

Try updating the drivers. If this does not solve the problem,then you should replace the product.
