Question Comparision help for some RX 6800 XT and RX 7700 XT products

Comparision help for:
XFX Speedster SWFT 319 AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT - 535 USD
Radeon Turf RX 6800 XT Gaming OC 16 GB - 555 USD
Gigabyte Radeon RX 770 XT Gaming OC 12 GB - 510 USD
ASUS Dual RX770XT OC Edition - 510 USD

Maybe I can squeze in a
Radeon VGA NITRO+ RX 6900XT SE GAM OC 16GB - 583 USD
If you think that would be a very good long term investment.
I will buy once and use for at least 4-5 years.

I have a 5700X3D CPU. I have 8 GB x3 Ram (I believe it is 2100 MHZ)

I couldn't find any good comparisons.

PS: In my country because of taxes everything is 30 percent more expensive. That limits me a lot. Also many products' prices do not drop in time.
PS: I know SWFT 319 RX 6800 XT is very long. It looks like I can fit it inside so no worries there.

RX 6800 XT is on sale and only 40 USD more than RX 7700 XT.

Some are overclocked. Some has 2 fans. According to an article Asus Tuf has a bit more clock speed etc. Don't they matter at all? Is it just marketing?
