Which is higher tier and more reliable?

P.S I don't care about power efficiency (electricity is cheap where i live) . And my build if it matters:

GPU - Gigabyte Windforce OC GTX 1070 -@2000 Mhz Core and 4200 memory
CPU - i5 6600 (Non K)
MOBO - Asrock H170 Pro4S
16GB Kingston Hyper X @2133Mhz
HDD- WD BLUE 7200rpm
3 Case fans (1200RPM) and Razer RGB mouse and Keyboard.

XFX TS GOLD 550w is a newer release and Gold certified go with it.

Yes the pro is decent and doesn't usually have trouble with sleep states , it's an older model , but still very good.
