XFX TS Power Supplies: any good?

I'm looking into upgrading my psu since I'm getting a new GPU. Are the XFX TS Power Supplies any good, specifically this one: http://www.amazon.com/XFX-650W-SERIES-WIRED-BRONZE/dp/B0045L5LGI?tag=bestpsus-20

The TS650 gets a good review from JonnyGuru found here: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=426 (linked to conclusion page). I'd think it'd work well.

Those XFX units are very solid so no issues there, but that's overpriced and you can do much better for the money.

If you can use the mail-in rebate these $50 750W EVGA units are of similar quality, but they're semi-modular and higher power (probably complete overkill in fact, but there's no harm in that)... all that for half the price (if the rebate works for you). Even if you can't use the rebate, they're on Amazon for $15 less than the XFX unit.

The TS line is a decent one. The Pro and XTR beat it out but those run about $20-30 more.
