Hi,

I ordered a Gigabyte R9 280 a couple weeks ago for $219.99 (after $20 rebate), however it is on backorder with no ETA. Link: http://www.ncix.com/detail/gigabyte-radeon-r9-280-oc-0b...

There is also a XFX R9 280 that I can get as soon as tomorrow which is the same price at $219.99 (after $20 rebate). Link: http://www.ncix.com/detail/xfx-radeon-r9-black-dd-dc-95...

I was wondering if it is worth waiting for the Gigabyte card or if I should just get the XFX one. I like that the Gigabyte card has 3 fans but I don't know if it would make any difference.

I also only have a EVGA 500W PSU so I'm not sure if it would work with one or both of these cards. The specs for XFX says the minimum requirement is 750W.

What should I do?

Thanks

Get what you prefer the most.Gigabyte has better cooling solutions, but it is huge too. They both will perform almost the same in games.
750W PSU is required for 2 r9 280s,your psu is capable enough for a single r9 280.
