XFX VS Gigabyte VS Sapphire for a 6870? Please help.

I'm upgrading from an 8800GT that just died on me, to a 6870, as it seems like the best bang for the buck card in the 150-200 dollar range. Here's a comparison between all three:

I'm leaning towards the XFX for the lifetime warranty.

I would get the gigabyte, much better cooler. Lifetime warranty isn't that big of a deal to me, it's pretty unlikely that I would go more than 3 years without upgrading a video card anyways.

And you're not supposed to bump your threads. Mods don't like it.
