XFX XTR 550W PSU - Hybrid Fan Mode

Ok so i have this PSU at home right now, and before i get off work and go start putting everything together I just wanted to ask, is this Hybrid Fan mode really good? I dont know it its best just to run the PSU normal or with the hybrid fan mode on?

It looks like it would benefit greatly but i did want to get everyone opinion and see if they've used this Hybrid mode before

Yes I have it on. I think it's a great feature and should be taken advantage of.
