XFX XTR 650W 80+ Gold? Is this any good?

Hello guys,

I’m currently in the process of buying parts for my new gaming pc and well I’m stuck on the PSU, at the minute I’m thinking of getting the XFX XTR 650 PSU because it has a really good review on jonnyguru.com. Plus I haven't seen a bad review yet on Amazon for it.
But i want to know what you guys think of it? Also does anyone have any experience with this PSU, what is it like to own?

Thats a very good quality psu. Totally worth it. If you pick a tier 1 or 2 psu from that list you shouldn't worry about it. Also if you want reviews for a PSU, go to jonnyguru.com . Best reviews on psu's from (all that i've seen).

Yeah, great Psu, but you can save money as well. You don't have to spend a ton of money for a very solid, reliable Psu anymore. The sweet spot seems to be within the 60-80 dollar range for a 600w plus, modular, bronze rated Psu with a good warranty and build quality. Gold efficiency is nice, but it's not worth paying a large premium for.

Yeah to be precise its the cheapest high quality SEASONIC PSU around. except it's 550w smaller brother. In the USA and UK anyway!
