Hello I can only buy this 2 here and they are virtually the same price
which i better? I want a reliable psu whith the lowest chance of failure

Both are good-quality PSUs, but, get the Corsair RM650i.

And the RMi line is one of the best tier of PSU's you can buy, Im using a RM850i personally, been using for over 2 years so far and its running like a champ!

A good-quality 650W PSU will have more than enough headroom to run any typical rig built around an i7-7700K in OC + a single powerful GPU such as a GTX 1080 Ti, in OC.

Only reason to get a ~750W PSU is if you are thinking of a multi-GPU setup (depends on the GPUs you will use, the CPU, and OC settings).
