So i need new blue colored cables for my XFX XXX 750W Semi Modular PSU. I live in Germany. Hopefully you can find me that thing i didnt.

But i wanted to match the colortheme ( BLACK/BLUE ). So do i have to paint them or? Do you have a better idea?

You can get braided cable extensions from the likes of Bitfenix that look really nice, especially if you hide other cables behind the motherboard. IMO one of the best ways to improve the look of your PC

Amazon.de stock a wide variety. Unfortunately my german is not very good so you'll have to tell me whether they have enough selection to get what you need (I recommend PCIe power cables and the 24 pin mobo power being the most important)
