Question XG2431 black lines, im new here

Three days ago i was streaming DOOM Eternal and black lines started to appear on my screen. After that, i disconnected the monitor for like 10mins and plug again and it was still the same. The next day, i turned the monitor on again, at first it was normal but i see blur white lines and after 5 mins the black lines started to appear again even though i afk-ed, not to mention played other games besides DOOM Eternal. Is there anyway to fix or i have to return it for full refund

That's monitor is gone. There is no easy fix. Apologies.
