Xigmatek Dark Knight II temps.

Hey guys, I just installed my Xigmatek cpu cooler about a week ago on my 4670k.
My Idle temps are hovering around 30-35 Celcius, and with the Small FTT test (Prime95) my temps were 70-75 Max after only like 10 minutes test. (without any overclocking).
Are these temps normal?

Yes its perfectly normal.

this CPU has a case temp of 72(temp in the cabinet)

as for the CPU it can take much more
