Xigmatek Dark Knight II VS. Cooler Master 212 evo

I have a Xigmatek Dark Knight II right now (not installed) and want to OC my i5 2500k to 4.5 ghz. I want to know if I should use it or spend $30 on a Cooler Master evo. Will they both fit in a Zalman Z11?

I'm pretty sure that the Dark Knight II is a better cooler than the CM Hyper 212 EVO. They do fit in the Zalman Z11 chassis.
