Xigmatek HDT-S1283 CPU Cooler 120mm to a Q6600

Thinking off Overclock a Q6600 to 3,0-3,4 and wundering if a Xigmatek HDT-S1283 CPU Cooler 120mm will cool enuff and still be quiet?

The cooler is capable of cooling a Q6600 at 3.4GHz. Being quiet is relative. It's quiet but not inaudiable.

Make sure you get the backplate mounting kit for HDT-S1283 also:
